“How to paint terraced landscape? ”
1)What is terracing?
In Alpine areas, farmers open up a ladder-like hillside farmland, known as terrace(梯田).
This terrace, according to the terraced terrain in which the climatic conditions and the level, choose the most suitable for growing crops to grow, such as rice, maize, tea, or even planted with fruit trees or coffee. Terraces in Kunming of Yunnan, China, and Vietnam are found in mountainous areas.
Terraces are vital to the irrigation at the fields. If there is no water irrigating the fields, agriculture can not be carried out.
2)How painting terrace?
According to the shape of mountains, the depiction of the slope follow a contour design. There are twists and turns as the terrace follow contour design.
In order to paint more accurate, outline the contour lines using a little charcoal, and then use a brush to darken contour lines. Once the contour has been completed, colour it with some colours to get a striking landscape painting.
3)How the composition and layout?
There are three mountain ranges. Each has a different height and size, The rice paper is divided into two parts .
On the left has two mountains. In the lower right corner, there is a tree .Use the bold strokes with ample ink and water to paint the leaves on the terraced slope to make the picture thought provoking.Harvest season is the most beautiful scenery of terraced fields, with red and yellow, alternating with each other.
